Why We Make Time to Learn Together

Today is an early dismissal day at Wayland Montessori so our guides can come together for professional development.

Just as we observe children carefully and prepare the classroom with intention, we make time to reflect on our own work. Professional development gives our team space to revisit Montessori practice, share observations, learn from one another, and think about how we can best support the children in our care.

This time together is an important part of our school's rhythm. It helps us return to the classroom with fresh perspective and an even deeper understanding of the children we guide each day.
