A Sweet Way to Start the Year Together

Before the first bell of a new school year, we like to slow down. We like to simply be together. That's the whole idea behind our Ice Cream Social, happening Tuesday, August 25 at 5:00 in the evening.

Our returning families, our newest incoming families, and our current summer camp families are all invited. Everyone builds their own sundae and spends the evening getting to know each other. There's no lesson plan here. Just conversation, laughter, and a lot of sprinkles.

Community is a core part of a Montessori education. Children learn respect, patience, and belonging from the people around them. They learn it from relationships, not just from materials in their classroom. An evening like this helps families build those same bonds outside of school.

If your child is starting with us this fall, this is a great first chance to meet the community they're about to join.
